2. anjaneyasana
3. straighten out your left leg
• bow down over your shin
• flex your toes towards your forehead
4. uttanasana, forward fold
5. left leg back. low lunge
[repeat]

FEET
toe stand

1. 10 toes flat on the ground
2. heels up
3. knees down
4. slowly sit back on your heels. adding weight little by little

sit up tall breathe in

BACK
