When creating this sequence, I focused on areas of the body that often became inflamed when dancing around. For ‘Heart Rate’, I considered high-stress environments and crowded places. Sometimes, I just need a moment to myself to come back to earth. If you have the luxury of space, coming into childs pose will do wonders for your nervous system.
